The
Nature, Wildlife and Pet Photography Forum Presents:
The Photographic Contest Series
The Nature, Wildlife and Pet Photography Forum (NWP) opened its doors two years ago February 28, 2005. To celebrate our Second Anniversary, we are going to host a series of photography contests. The winning prize in each contest is a website design (more below).
The purpose of these contests is to get the awareness about NWP out to the larger community. I hope that through this process we will see a greater presence of photographers making their home in the forums here.
The three contests will run sequentially beginning on March 16, 2007. The winner of each contest will be chosen about a month after the ending of each event.

As the goal of each of these contests is to build a greater community here at NWP, there is no fee for people entering the photography contest. The only thing that we ask is that everyone help spread the word about NWP and the contests being sponsored here. Of course, this is on the honor system and no verification of this will be sought.
If you are a registered member, you may login and enter the contest thread here. This will give you a link to enter the gallery to upload your image.

About the Websites:
The winner of each contest will be able to choose one of the site designs linked below. Each site design is 'semi-unique.' This means that the literal content and photographic images will be uniquely yours, though the general design layout may be used in the future again by us in another site design.
The sites have all been designed by my wife, Chanthee Keokhaw. Chanthee is our technical administrator and is responsible for what happens behind the scenes here at NWP. She has also developed our professional site for James Morrissey Photography: www.morrisseyphotography.com or www.grandtetonwedding.com -- where our work is diplayed as wedding photographers in the New York Metropolitan area, as well as, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There you will also see our nature, wildlife, and pet galleries. We work as a team in all our photographic endeavors. Besides wedding photography, we are passionate about nature, wildlife, and pet photography. Hence, we have created this forum for others who enjoy photographing. Whether you are an amateur or professional, we hope that the community at NWP will be a place where you can come to share, learn, and grow together with us. Thank you for participating and good luck.
