Meet Missy, formerly known as Murphy. Her previous handler said she answers to Missy better though, so that's where we'll leave it.

We're "fostering" her at the moment because with my day job up in the air, we don't think we can afford her meds and such until I get back in the swing of things.

She is 12 years old and was dropped off at a kill shelter by her former family after 11.5 years. She was diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure, but that diagnosis turned out to be worse than reality. She does have kidney disease, but the news is that she has years rather than only days to live.

We'll foster her until we can afford to formally adopt and pay for everything or until someone else decides to adopt her; or forever




Once she settles in, I'll get some more pics, but I don't want to introduce any more stress at the moment.
