Jim the sugar glider would probably relate to that too, no wonder it bit the owner, who probably might not realise that here in their "native land" they are on the edge of the endangered species list (loss of habitat, feral cat and fox predation etc), totally protected wild-life, not allowed to be kept as "pets" except by those with permits and good reason. There is also an illicit smuggling to overseas trade in them which does not help the numbers.

But James, that little guy looks in lovely condition and well cared for, beautiful shots in the blue sleeping bag, what a lovely assignment to work with, bites or not.
