What a cool photo! The two things about this shot that prevent it from being a total winner for me are the fact that both the wing and the feet are cut off in the frame. As Shannon mentioned, the view of the photograph and great detail in the feathers is great. You also did a great job in terms of the exposure - you really nailed it on the head. However, the fact that the feathers and feet are both cut off really do impact me though...it would be one thing if there were a symmetrical crop...but the 'kind of here and there' of the placement of the appendges (sp) are an obstacle for me.
