Hey Chris,
I haven't had that problem since the old D30s. Are you using battery grips or just main bodies? Does it happen under the same conditions (high humidity) or different conditions? Does it happen with both bodies or primarily just one?

I have a couple of ideas once I hear your answers to those questions.
