I like this shot. I think you captured a great expression and I like the close up.

My thought for suggestions are:

- I think you should try to offset shot so the eye is not so dead centered L to R. I do not know if you cropped anything off the left - if so I would bring that back and crop more off the right. If you cropped off the right, then I would bring that back and crop more of the left. I think offsetting the face will make a more interesting dynamic shot.

- I would also try to sharpen it slightly more than you did, in PP. I think the front feathers and eyes are in focus, but sharpening would help.

Just a couple of thoughts about an already great shot!
