This unknown animal was put in this cage so that other animals wouldn't get at it until we could figure out exactly what it was. When we first found it, it was just in the woods. As far as the "flipper" just being the scapula, that would make sense if the other end wasn't attached to this animal. We shook it to see if it was indeed attached by the other end, and it was, so that's why we are so curious about the "flipper." Some other people were saying that it looked like some sort of K9, but the rings on the tail, and the weid flipper threw us off. also the back feet do not look K9, The cause of death is unknown- there were no bite marks or attack marks on it, so we are not sure. We are going to take more pictures of it. [image][/image]
