OK, when you post a message or reply to a message, the text box you type into is the Post box. Just beneath the Post Box are some menus: Instant Graemlins, Instant UBB Code, Font Color. In the Instant UBB Code menu, on the right top is a link called "Image". When you click on that, it gives you a pop-up box into which you can type or copy a website addy. At the end of the string for the image location, you have to manually type in the dot and jpg suffix. If you do all those things, it will work. Awkward but it does work.
