No doubt. But are you talking about ones that fit the Cokin P system or circular/round threaded ones?

Did you use a polarizer? That, in and of itself, would get you nearly 2 stops. That said I usually use a ND4 (2 stops) filter in addition to my pol. I have an ND8(3 stops) and that is tough to see what’s going on when combined with the Pol. Also watch to vignetting. With stacked round filter, the cokin P system, or a combo you can have vignette issues with the wide angles.
