I really like your site as it isn't covered up with slow moving flash. Granted, there is quite a bit of flash application in it, but, it isn't SLOW. You know, the kind that makes you wait for awhile then click again?

I like the layout, the ease of finding what you want to see and the ability to get there without fuss
