Your exif says that you were shooting at 1600 ISO and it was 1/105th of a second at F3.2 and your flash fired.

The blur may be due to heavy noise reduction done in camera. Was there a reason you were shooting at 1600 ISO??? I generally shoot at ISO 100 when I am using a flash.
