It's a solid capture and a great animal! With such a powerful expression, I believe it's important to make they eyes the highlight of the shot. It's very difficult to produce a great composition of any animal on it's own merrits - even one as colorful and dynamic as this cat.

The shot, I feel, overall is a bit out of balance due to the dark strip along the left side and power of the eyes and pattern of the hide. I a crop that exetuates the eyes and the face with sublte body would work better. I feel like it's slightly out of balance due to the power of the eyes and the relative norm of the rest of the shot. I'd like to see it with much less open space on the left and more of just facinating features of the animal. I think that a tighter crop or a more space overall around the animal would make a stronger composition. Maybe just sharpen the eyes a bit and leave the rest alone. Play with it or others if you have them, I'd like to see more.

Sure is a colorful and very entertaining cat!
