I have had the same experience with the Canon LCD. I actually ignore it in most cases as what looks perfectly OK may actually be 2 stops (or more) underexposed. I use the histogram for everything when I am taking critical shots.

How do you find the resolution difference moving from 6 to 12.4 MP? Have you had to purchase a new computer to go along with your camera?
