This was a triple; photographed a wire-hair dachshund, a Chihuahua and a Havanese. I feel like a world traveler, photographed a German dog, a Mexican dog and a Cuban dog. I took some photos without the collars but the dachshund and the Havanese both wanted the collars. In fact, the dachshund would run to get the collar and throw it at the owner-it was so cute.

I'm loving these images -- I love black backgrounds, but I don't think your #3 is a wire haired dachshund. Looks to be the Havanese again.

Yup, I see the difference between the two. But, that is definiately not a wire-haired. Looks like there might be some Maltese in it or something along that line. Whatever it is, I am sure it is loved and it is a very nice photo.

John, these are nicely lighted and posed. Nice job. The "wirehaired Dachshund" is definitely a dog. That's all I'll commit to in terms of breed . On the other hand, it's cute and loved. That's all that's important. What happened with the outside shoot? Jim

Rain and bad weather, shoot these in the garage. It was a blast.
Today I am dealing with a failed hard disk, everything is backed up except the last two shoots, hoping I can get them back from the hard drive; I know I can get one back from the flashcard but do not know about the other shoot.

John, To recover photos from your hard drive, try using Active Undelete . It works very well. I have even recovered things from a hard drive that was reformatted a couple of times.
