At the request of Jim Garvie (and because I like the photo also); this is his Golden named "Crash".

He really loves toys; it was so cute to see him playing with toys.

All comments welcome.

As Crash will tell you, it's difficult to be a Golden Notweiler in a house full of those black & tan ones. But he does love his chickie. He picked it out himself at the local Petco and carried it up to the counter himself.

The photo is adorable, John. Thanks.

Jim

Aw -- the chicken shot. Should have looked thru all the posts before I asked for it. Had some foot surgery yesterday and am a little behind. Won't be crawling around on the floor/ground taking shots until probably next weekend. But had to get it done before the "season" really kicked in.

A lovely lovely shot of Crash. Shows his soft tender personality. Nice work.

Julie,
you obviously don't know Crash! Soft and tender my ***. He's the rottenest dog in the household. He's put a hole in Annie's ear, Rowdy's ear, Sundance's ear, and two other Rottweilers that have visited at various times. Evil dog!!!

Actually he's very sweet and he's truly a doll but he's one of those dogs that doesn't really understand the pack order and isn't as confident as the others. So he tends to respond to situations with his mouth when the others might just growl or walk away. That's probably our fault in terms of his upbringing but regardless of how he got there, he's the one we have to be careful with.

Having said that, he can be incredibly cute and you should see him in the pool. He can swim for hours without getting out.

We love him. The rotten dog .

Jim

Jim;

I think you may not understand "Crash", he only wants to be human and working in a "piercing salon"-being a dog-he must do the piercings his own way.

Honestly, I can see a devilish side to Crash; also a side that is a bit of a "goof-ball"; it is a very interesting mix to have Crash in a household of so many "serious" dogs. I say "serious" because that is how the general public would view your house full of Rotties, but truth is-they are all so gentle.

Crash reminds me a little of "R-Astro" or Astro on the Jetsons, kinda a smart "goof ball", or maybe even Skubie-doobie-do (sorry for my spelling)
