We've been to Rocky Mountain NP in the summer the last couple of times and this year we'd like to get some fall color. When is the best time to go? Late September or early October?
As always, it depends :-). I'd say mid September ought to be close to prime time, it has been that way the past few years. October will be past peak for sure.
