well, we are down to 1 last sunset and 2 sunrise opportunities. it has been raining/foggy for most of the last couple of days. I have tried to use that to my advantage, but it has been tough. Also difficult has been that I do not have an intimate relationship with the park.

Today, I went to Machias Seal Island. I went to see the puffins. I hope to share photos from that trip next week. That was really cool. I even think that I got a few winners out of that one.

OK, one last sunrise opportunity. This morning was an unfortunate dud. I even started doing parts of 'Annie.'. OK, that is not true...butI thought about it. Sigh... I just checked the forecast. It looks like the weather will break around 2 PM and cloud Up around 5....

Hey Jim,

The puffins were a blast. I may write an article just on the puffin trip. It was that good. I have a cheap bone 6 miles wide, and for me to say the 100 bucks spent was a bargain is a statement. Poor Chanthee got seriously Ill on the boat, but otherwise it was a total blast.
