Thought I'd mention the SmugMug Meetups. Jenny of Bark Cheese got in touch with me awhile back (she is also in the San Diego area) and suggested going to a local Smugmug Meetup group. I got to meet Jenny as well as another local photographer starting to do a lot of pets and get some ideas on marketing materials from the speaker who was from Moo.com. Smugmug pays for the meeting room and I assume expenses for speakers. Some of you may have the same type of thing nearby.
