When I worked for LifeTouch, we did something similar using U-haul trucks.

There is a photographer here in the City who does something similar. Actually, I think it is a marvelous idea. The re-sale values on campers seems to be quite abismal, and the idea of purchasing a 2nd hand RV and using it as a mobile office is very attractive.

I would conveniently locate the shop next to a grooming facility.

Whoa. Now THAT would be the ultimate. I am also picturing that nice big area for Hallie to hang out in while I was outside shooting So you can acutally do shoots INSIDE the thing? Would there be enough room to set up the lights and umbrellas and such? Wow!

Hey Dee,

There is a small piece in Pop Photo this month where they talk about this fellow (Jeff Moore) who is crossing the country in his Winnebego (page 13) photographing pooches. Not a bad way to go, if you ask me.

I tried going to his website, "www.mayishootyourdog.com" but I keep getting hung up on by the server.

Worked okay for me, thanks James, that is a great site, and some of the photos really do have the wow factor, he is good!

Just checked out the site. Some of his indoor shots look a bit over-exposed to me. However, his outdoors shots are awesome. I really enjoyed clicking through his site. Lots of interesting shots and poses.

James
