I saw these earlier on FB. How much fun! I particularly like that last one.
James Finding them and then shooting them was a lot of fun for me.

I can imagine! I have only photographed owls once in the wild. It was also a Great Horned Owl, but it was in miserable light and while the images are sharp, it was an older dSLR and the noise is just oooogly to look at.
James It seems to me that they hang out where the light is not good.
