Caught in a maple tree at about 10 feet distant or so. Any closer and my Canon 400mm 5.6L couldn't have focused on it.
30D, 400mm 5.6L, tripod, iso 640, ACR, no noise reduction used.

Nice shot..
Those little birds are tough to shoot.
I have no luck with those. Not in the right place.
