Hey Everyone,

Chanthee and I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. We are going to be having a quiet day with some very dear friends Downtown. If it is not storming, we will probably hit the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (it has been a tradition of late). The weather report for tomorrow, unfortunately, is not good or we would be going hiking with Mahkayla in the morning up in 'the hills.'

Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone else!!

I have watched the Macy's Thanksgiving parade since I was a little kid. Always a tradition. Some of my more fond traditions are long gone though, like waking up to the smell of a cooking turkey that took ALL day to cook in the roaster. My aunt and uncle and cousins in the house. Oh the wonderful memories!!

Here I am this morning covered in packages to mail and a wrecked house due to all these orders to go out. Could be worse, might not be any orders to mail

Hope everyone eats way too much and is surrounded by friends and family!

Amen to that, folks. My wife and I are getting ready to go downtown in a few minutes. I just got the call to 'iron the clothes.' We did not do the parade this year because it was rainy and miserable. We did do some quick shopping at the supermarket though and ate left-overs from last night's pre-thanksgiving feast (another recent tradition).
