I believe your friend is absolutely right. I know it seems difficult to charge a friend. You could give them additive work but do not discount. It does lower the value of your work.

Again, appreciate the feedback and advice. I did a complete makeover of my website over the past week and now have it up. I still have a bunch to do, particularly with getting the galleries loaded up but I think it looks much more professional. Not on par with some I've seen here but I'll get there. Although photography is a passion of mine, and the web site should help, I have a job that takes much of my life..... Someday when I retire I can spend more time on what I love....... someday.

My friend Anney in Florida, is making me up one, and I know *I* notice other vehicles with simple statments on their windows/tailgaits, so, just throwing that out there~!

OK, I'm going to try attaching a file to this message, not sure it will work. Went and had the window stickers done today on both my vehicle and my wife's van. Let me know what you think. I think it looks pretty good.

Thanks Julie. Things are actually starting to click a bit. I'm having fun. I think the weather starting to turn here in NC is helping. I've added some of my examples to my website from recent shoots, and clients seem very happy as well.

a really like the window decals. Can you track the calls you get from those. I'd be curious.

Not that folks are likely to call right away but they'll help with name-recognition when people want to find you.

Did you do a fictitious name search on PawPrints Plus? I'm a little surprised it was available.
