Hey dave, I never said they were, i did however suggest that the moral high ground boycotts can be a slippery slope. Youre a nikon shooter, where was all your gear made, how about your computer hard drive and you monitor, or maybe your compact flash card?
The point is if a person is going to boycott an outfit because they dont like what it does, consider looking a little deeper and we then find that we live in a complex world and much of what we now enjoy, including our life style is at least in part a result of oppression and repressive nations. . .
Now, I'm not trying to start a fight with you, but not all military packs are made in the USA. I'm affiliated with a specialty tactical pack company (I'm a consultant and their photographer) and we also make rifle stocks. many of the packs are designed and sold to the US military special forces units as well as to local swat teams, the packs are stitched in china . . . .
