The drive from Seward to Anchorage is 127 miles, but can take up to 8 hours because of all the photo ops. Homer & Seward is very photogenic. While in Seward, be sure to drive out to Exit Glacier, go out on a tour boat and see Kenai Fjords National Park and maybe the 26 glacier tour. These trips will get you to see puffins.
