that wasn't a knock about the article -- in fact, I'm still digesting it and plan to comment after I've gotten it all in focus. I think it's very thought-provoking and, for lots of folks, versions of it works. Julie has proved that.

The key, as David points out in one of his posts on this topic, is to know what to "give away" and what to charge for. I'm still working that all through.
