You bring up a good point. I assumed that Jim was talking about a breeder ad. I allow usage for breeders with the purchase of one of my packages. If this is a commercial ad (a business, a product, a franchise) then rates are much higher and negotiated separately because the benefit gained from it is much higher. Do others treat breeders the same as commercial?
