Hello Folks,

I'm visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area and planning to spend a night or two at Glenwood Springs this coming weekend (09/20). While there, I'm hoping for some sunrise photography.

Anyone has any specific suggestion for location? Anything within an hour's drive from the town would be great.

Sorry that I cannot help you. If no members of the forum can help, you might want to consider is calling the local Chamber of Commerce. I know that when I did the trip to PA with my friend two weeks ago that they were incredibly helpful.

Will be curious to see if you got some photos here? I've stayed there in town a few times and been to the hot springs pool. Love it there! Great place for photos of extremely rugged, craggy rock walls, and there's several very old mine buildings.
