We're retired, so we're free to do a lot more traveling than many. Unfortunately, for the last couple of years, our travel has been pretty limited due to some health issues. Hopefully, those are behind us now -- for the most part, anyway.

We're starting off this year with a 30 day South American cruise from San Diego to Lima, Peru and back in March/April. We'll have port calls in Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, and Peru. Unfortunately, I'm still not physically up to the challenge of either Galapagos or Machu Pichu yet. Those will have to wait until next year. It's too expensive and time limited to do it as a shore excursion anyway.

Also planning a camping trip to Redwoods NP, probably in early May. Stops in Death Valley and Yosemite along the way would only add a couple hundred miles to the trip. Finally, I'd like to visit Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks in the fall. Never been at that time of year.

I'm really looking forward to finally being able to get out and about & play with my new camera.
