Bowman Lake was one of the highlights of my trip to Glacier. It was raining, and we thought we were going to get nothing - and it turned out to be a really magical evening. There is a lesson here - if you don't go out, you will never get anything. The other reason is that we went there aftergoing to the Polebridge bakery. If I lived there, I'd be very - very - fat. Yum.

Walking back from Hidden Lake, out with Steve Kossack and his crew, the moon was rising across from us.

This is another image that I took, using Reynold's Mountain in the background. I was out with Tony Bynum photographing, and this was what I was able to put together.

Honestly, I am not sure what the name of that peak in the background it. I know that we had some sweet light on it though. smile

That is Bearhat Mountain in the background. I was out with Tony Bynum photographing, and this was what I was able to put together. I think it has a pretty nice 'mood' to it.

Another from the workshop that I did with Steve Kossack and his crew in 2011. I was supposed to go back out in September, but Covid has put an end to that. frown I am not complaining at all. it is a global pandemic. Having said that, I was excited to be going.

Going through my old Glacier images, I came across this one. It is a brand new process - never before shared.

I came across this Marmot while going through my Glacier photos. I forgot about this series until I saw it the other night. It brought an ear to ear grin to me.

This is another stab at Wild Goose Island. There wasn't much for color that morning, but I liked the full light across the range.

This is an image that I took the time to re-process as I look back at my collection, using Affinity Photo.

The original image is below. Over all, I still really like the original image. I just wanted to see if I could pull out a little detail and pick up the shadows a bit.

This is one that I just recently processed. Aguereberry Point was the property of Pete Aguereberry, a miner and later an 'destination workshop leader.'

The Race Track is one of Death Valley's premier locations. As the sun sets about 45 minutes prior to it actually going down (because it goes over a mountain wall), you usually don't get color on the valley floor unless you have decent refractive clouds to cause light in the canopy.
