I came across this 100 Days in Glacier National Park today and thought forum members would enjoy the photographs and prose.

Here's the story as captured by the Boston Globe. Chris Peterson is a very good friend of mine. If youre interested in glacier park, his magazine, "glacier park magazine" is worth every penny.

Chris donates money from his magazine to research in the park, check out a subscription:

Chris also wrote a book about his autistic son. He has a wonderful wife, and family.

Am reading through this tonight. What a heavenly "chore" that was. The photo of the bighorn sheep and Haystack Butte is outright breathtaking. Thanks for posting it.

Wow, very, very cool and just the thing I needed to see today. It's been a bad day but seeing my favorite park really cheered me up. We're planning another trip back next year. I'm trying to get my surgically repaired knees back in shape so I have given myself a goal of hiking to and swimming in Iceberg Lake. Man, I can't wait!
