How is this for off topic?? Today, I attempted to make liege waffels (belgian). I even bought the Belgian Pearl Sugar. Over-all, not bad - but next time, i am cutting down on the sugar.

Ps for folks who are into this sort of thing, the sides are called, 'dinges' and I used honey, real whipped cream and 100% pure maple syrup.
