Hey Everyone,
Chanthee and I are finally preparing for a reboot of our professional site. 4 years ago, we decided to go for a combined site that showed the different types of work that we do versus three separate sites - a pet photography site, a special events site, and something to showcase our nature photography.
With the new site design, we are again grappling with this problem. We have been told multiple times that one of the reasons why we have been chosen versus other people for a particular event has been because people got absorbed by our other photographs that we were sharing. However, I am all about branding and think it is important to not confuse people - so the question is? One site or three sites? If we go with three sites, what the heck to do I do about the nature photography, which is something I don't really sell (nor plan to sell)?
