A Rotty for the other Jim

A Rotty for the other Jim - 07/16/08 03:00 AM

Angel was one of the first dogs I photographed for the SPCA back in November of 07. Sadly, she still hasn't found a home

I need to try to take some better pictures of her now that I've had some practice.

Jim,
looks like Angel is the right name for that sweet girl.

Any idea how old she is? Any physical problems? Does she have a tail?

We do a lot of rescue and I may have some contacts up in your area who know some good adopting families.

I can find out all that for you.
I don't want to speak for the rescue since I'm not directly involved with caring for her.

Stay tuned.

What a cutie! Funny thing, I have the same bandana for our dogs.

I wish I could take another, but our rotties are from rescue as well and just don't want another room mate. They are quite socialized with people, but cannot stand other dogs.
Every day is a training session to get them to behave with other dogs.

I do hope she finds someone to help her live in a home.

Hi Jim,

i am so sorry about that. Was she euthanized due to time restrictioms at the shelter?

No, she had been there for years and would have been there for years more. I'm not sure what the final cause of death was.

On a "life goes on" note, there is a beautiful pit there that needs to be an only dog. He's been there longer than Angel.

And - I'm going to pick up doggy #5 MkIII this morning on a trial foster to adopt. She's a little Doxy X who knows what that got spayed yesterday.
