Margo Rita - 12/25/08 05:40 AM

We lost Margo Rita in the early morning hours of December 9, 2008. She would have been fourteen years old in February, and was with us for all but the first eight weeks of her life. She was the clown that entertained us, the gentle nurse that made us feel better, the teacher who taught us what is important, the friend who never doubted us, and the light that made life brighter. There was never a day when she didnít make me smile. I grieve with wonder at how a tiny dog could leave such a giant hole in my heart.

it isn't the size of the dog but the size of the hole in your heart when they leave us. Our sincere sympathy.

We lost our 14 year old Brittany in August. I am still grieving and I can very much relate to your loss. It is especially hard over the holidays. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has lost a loved one. Bless you.

Sorry for your loss. This seems to have been a particularly somber year for many of us on this forum who have lost good friends. We lost Jasmine, our 14 1/2 year old Springer Spaniel in September, and we still miss her. What makes it bearable for us is the friendsip of our two goldens, Calla and Maggie.

Again my condolences.
