Help with contest submission

Hello, I am a member on another Photo forum and each month
they have a contest with different themes. This month is Pets. I am having a hard time choosing which photo i would like to enter, So i am asking for your opinions. Please let me know which one you think would be best or if none of these are good enough.

IMHO...
I like #3 best, but I would like to see more open area in front of the dog's face. Maybe if it's a cropped image you could try moving it over to the left and have less behind the dog, more in front.
