more corgi pups

drove an hour+ south of Portland to shoot these cuties last Friday am, then headed to Seattle for an agility trial ... playing catch up on pictures this week

then the breeder says she wants pictures of the puppies running towards me ... have you ever tried to get a 7wk puppy to run in a straight line on demand?
... rolling big colorful balls doesn't work
... chasing a toddler didn't work
... bring mom out of the kennel ... priceless

for a 3yr old, this kid did run on command, where we asked her to ... and she loved the puppies








and then there was Louie the Lug Nut ... he's going to grow up to be a couch potato ... no energetic agility dog in this puppy ... we turned him loose, he stood there, posed, turned his butt to me, then lay down in the grass

Jim, you'd need to fight my assistant for him ... he's the exact personality she's looking for in her next dog ... mellow, but I'm trying to convince her a corgi that mellow would never make a hiking companion LOL

OMG what a crack up!! Love the ears up on the one running, and I'll fight Jim for Lug Nut. What a doll. Really cute photos.

A good friend has a litter of bulldog puppies I might go photography when they're a little older.
