Partially. He likes some heavy hugging for five to ten minutes twice a day but apart from that, 'His Majesty' is far to aristocratic for this kind of plebeian activities.
Here I've got one demonstrating his attitude rather well - unfortunately shot with a bridge camera and in the days when I knew absolutely noting about photography.
