Composition – Not bad, the inclusion of the rock on the bottom is not big enough to be an anchor, nor small enough to not draw the viewers attention. As such, I would have either gotten closer to make it bigger, or not included it at all. I know we usually gripe about dead center horizontally, but if I did get that rock out, and with the reflections. I would have used dead center to place the foggy area and the horizon line. I cant help that the balance/counterbalance of the whole picture is a tad off.
Exposure – Looks good, nice base exposure to capture both the highlights and the shadows.
Post Processing – The scene while green, seems to have a green cast to all of it which robs the shot of some of its punch. I would also consider some editing of the non foggy areas to bring back some natural looking contrast.

Despite the niggles, this is a very nice scene and well worth the capture. Look forward to future work.
