We finally dug out

We finally dug out - 03/11/08 04:05 AM

Well Ohio weather got us good this time. We were without power for 3 1/2 days and without phone service for 4 days. Since we live in what is considered the snow belt, we actually didn't get hit that bad, snow drifts about 4 feet high but at least the ice melted off the trees and shrubs before the snow hit.
Been chasing a Barred Owl around at North Chagrin for the past month, Jerry, have you taken any shots of him there??
It was down nice and low the last time I was there.

Hey Connie,

Glad to see you were able to dig out. It has been just beautiful here recently just East of you. LOL, no barn owls here, however, I did see a hawk eating a rat in a tree recently. These are apparently children or grandchildren of the famous "Pale Male and Lola" who live on top of the Central Park West building.

Connie. I haven't been to the NCR in a couple of months. Saving all my energy for my 9 day trip to FL beginning a week from tomorrow.

Regards

Jerry
