OnTheSummit--my new site

I often post things about the Donner Summit area where I live and play. I've decided this year to pass on my love of the are in a new website called OnTheSummit. My intention is to help others enjoy the area as much as I do. I also find it a great venue for displaying my pics.

Hey George, what a really great site! You did a wonderful job on content and navigation. I will definitely hold onto this link for future reference. I drove through the Donner area in late October for the first time on the way to Reno for a cat show.

I'd love to subscribe to your blog, but maybe you can set it up to do the email feedburner, like Tony did with his Glacier Park Photo blog? Don't know about others but that seems to be the only way I read blogs, if they shoot into my inbox.

I'm really enjoying this blog, I'm reading it since the links get sent right to my email.

A couple more suggestions, you might put a button for folks to post your blog to facebook (will really add to your exposure), and you might think about the main blog page just doing abbreviated intro for each blog post, I noticed that will all the photos (which are a good thing) from past blog entries, I think its slowing down the loading of the main blog page.
