Bronx Botanical Gardens Holiday Train Show - 12/11/11 06:39 PM

Hey Everyone,

Chanthee and I are heading to the Botanical Gardens today to see the train show. It is kind of cool because the trains are running past NYC landmarks that have been crafted out of plant matter - ie. nuts, leaves, etc.

Lauritzen Gardens in Omaha has done the same thing. Usually it's outdoors but this week it's inside in conjunction with the poinsettia show. My wife and I went this morning and saw some very beautiful poinsettias.
Here's a couple pictures I took today.

Sweet, Don. It looks like the folks who are doing this are probably the same people who are doing ours. I had not realized that it was something being done in many places.
