Nasty rotten worthless scum!

This little four month old Maltese/Cross was found by a good samaritan who turned her over to American Maltese Rescue for care and adoption. She was thrown into a trash dumpster by some low life scum.



Other than some external and internal parasites (which we have cleared up) she is basically quite healthy. Thankfully she is happy and loving and doesn't seem impacted by her horrible life before she came to us...

Oh my. It always amazes me how these guys come into our lives. Thank you for taking her. I am about to pick up a 1 month old rabbit tomorrow that has been neglected. I will foster it until we can get it a home.

She looks wonderful and should get adopted fairly easily. While I'm often aghast at what people do to animals -- I've been involved in Rescue for over 40 years -- I am equally amazed at how forgiving dogs are regardless of how they've been treated. Thanks for giving this girl another chance at a great life. Nice photo, BTW.
