Animal Ballet - 12/08/07 02:38 AM

I thought it would be fun to have everyone add a picture of a animal dancing.Feel free to do whatever.Make sure you title it.
Here's my version of a Great Blue Heron in a ballet pose.Kind of looks like he is wearing a tutu.

This is going to take a bit of looking through the catalog. Nice work. I think there was an episode of WKRP in Cincinatti about this that included a hotplate....

How about a dancing Mallard in motion. Not exactly ballet, more like jitterbug.

Didn't have my wide angle lens on so his partner is off camera. He was a better dancer anyway.

Great Photos all!
That looks to be a native Trumpeter Swan ededr.
I'm not sure what that is dkirk.
I love your animation George.
What is that squirrel holding and why?
Thanks for the participation.

'I'm not sure what that is dkirk'

I think it's just a common mute swan (without much black around the beak as is more usual). They are all over here in europe.
The part you see here is about 3 feet in length.

The squirrel got a soccer ball in it's paw. They were just out for a little recreational break, LOL!! Seriously though, just a little photoshopping I did years ago of an image taken with a Panasonic FZ-10 digital p&s.
