Clouds. The original image lacked punch so I decided to turn it to black and white. While it made the image slightly better not great. So I then inverted the color scale.

The inverted B&W isn't doing much for me, and I too wondered what it was. The original, especially with a levels adjustment and contrast increase, is more pleasing to my eye.
