Singing Eagle

I went out to visit Bud the Bald Eagle.

#1
I got that damn the pest is back look.

#2
I poured a cup of coffee and asked him how his day was going? Told me he was practicing for the big Eagle show this coming Saturday. He was asked to sing God Bless America, and he was having trouble with the last high note.

#3
I told him go for it and I would be honest about what I think. He did a big stretch and took a deep breath and........

#4
I don't understand Eagle Talk but it sounded to me like he was pretty gooood.

#5

#6
Now for the last high note......

#7
I thank him and told him I thought he was pretty gooood and asked him if I could go to the Eagle show??? He thought about it and said NO.

I wished him luck and thanked him for his time and then I went home.

I probably have 10,000 Eagle photos now, they are as thick as blackbirds up here.

Next week I have several photography friends flying up for our annual Eagle photography.

The Eagle photo that I want and don't have is an Eagle falling out of a tree when it was asleep. I have seen this happen to several Eagles, but never did get a chance to photograph it.

Great laugh for my work toiled business day. I hope that you manage to see the Eagle show anyway. Maybe you could get a photographers pass?

Roger!!! I knew that I had seen these shots before. I had not realized it was you who took them! #2 and #3 are my favorites - but as I said earlier, I would be happy with any of them!! Nice work.
