NANPA Field Trip - 10/13/10 10:41 AM

Hi Everyone,
Early in the Spring, I joined NANPA for a Field Trip to Cherokee, NC-Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The area I toured was called Straight Fork. The weather was great, and the sights were amazing. There are so many great things to shoot!
Here is the set of my captures that day. I'm hoping to get back there for next Spring too. Hope you enjoy!

Lovely Marie! I like the water fall and the 2nd photo the best.

Hey Marie,

These are lovely! Thanks so much for sharing. I think like all of them as a series. The half 'shot' dandelion is a really nice lead-off and second and last photos are really nice. I concur with Penny that the second photo has quite a nice composition.

Cheers

Marie,
I like these a lot, especially #1 and #2. What does NANPA stand for?

Thank you everyone!
Jim, NANPA is North American Nature Photography Association.

I had alot of fun with the group of folks. While everyone was helpful if there were any questions, it was an actual field trip instead of a seminar-which I was grateful for.
