Wilson's Phalarope - 10/24/10 03:18 PM

I found this pretty little lady in Alberta during my drive across Canada this spring. She was having a field day feeding on all of the bugs on the surface of the pond. Great news for her...not so great for me as they were having a field day biting ME!!!

Camera Model: Canon EOS 7D

Excellent shot, was it a difficult shot, did you use a blind?

No blind needed. They are pretty relaxed as long as you are low and dont make any fast movements.

Hey Glenn,

Agreed - beautiful photo. Thanks for sharing. I like the reflection and symmetry of the photo. Curiously, what service are you using to host your photos?

Thanks
James
