Hey Don,

You were fortunate to get nice and close with the mountain sheep. I have never seen them up close. Probably the best views I have gotten have been beyond the Elk Refuge in March. Typically we see them out by Gardiner, Montana.

We did see a ewe with a kid on the rocks above the river on the road leading from Gardiner to Mammoth, I'll post the pic I got of them tommorrow.

Thanks, Don. By some chance did you get to see any wolves or grizzly? The shot of the male with the beginning buds of his antlers is interesting to me. I have never seen one with antlers that early in process.

We had never seen a moose like that either, it was really cool to see. We didn't see any wolves but did see a couple of grizzlies.

Here's four pictures of two of the grizzlies we saw.
First two are a big male we saw in Lamar Valley, the next two are of a young female that was just past Gibbon Valley.
