Can you take a look at this flower? I've done a google search and cannot come up with what it is. Was hoping someone might know here....

Looks like Toothwort (Dentaria Diphylla) to me. Very nice, delicate small flower. Nice image!

Thanks! Really appreciate it!
I'm wondering if I had not used such a large apeture, maybe I could have gotten a bit more of the rushing river in more focus, if it would have made the image stronger.

Well, you obviously had pretty shallow DOF but I like the effect. All depends on what your mind was seeing in that shot: if you wanted the river more involved, then stopping down would have helped. Personally, I like to isolate my main subject from the background especially in macro or semi-macro shots.
